Las Vegas
Resorts World
Resorts World is a restaurant in Las Vegas, at 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Making a splash with anything in Las Vegas requires a lot of pomp and circumstance, and Resorts World entered the scene with a worldclass lineup of 40 restaurants and bars, representing a diverse range of globally cuisines and vibes. all of which are worth a try. We are going to recommend two: FUHU and Wally’s. The former serves Asian-inspired cuisine, steaks, sushi and indoor/outdoor garden seating — it’s definitely a night club scene, with spandex-clad hostesses and DJs. The cocktail program is legit, especially for those who like to experiment with unexpected libations. Wally’s, on the other hand, is not clubby, but it’s a haven for wine lovers and those in search of simple pleasures. Their breakfast is one of the best in Vegas, and for those to pair charcuterie or inventive pizzas with their wine, this spot is here for you. Also, sit outside for some excellent people-watching.
Musts
FUHU’s miso cod taco, coconut tuna ceviche, NY strip steak, French Saigon cocktail. Wally’s smoked salmon (breakfast), hundred dollar chicken, truffle bolognese, truffle pizza.
Good to know
FUHU has a casual offshoot in the Resorts World food hall; Wally’s is also a storefront selling wines and cheeses to go.
