Located inside Caesars Palace, this Nobu is the only location in the US that has Teppan tables, where you can enjoy a private, personalized experience with your meal prepared right in front of you. All the other Nobu specialties are here, masterfully prepared, reliably consistent and never disappointing,, including the black miso cod and tempura rock shrimp, which together make for a perfect meal.This location also has the Nobu Lounge, with rare Japanese sakes on offer as well as specialty menu items that are only available after the main dining room closes.
