Le Grand Colbert

Le Grand Colbert is a restaurant in Paris, at 2 Rue Vivienne.

Le Grand Colbert has everything a Paris bistro ought to: Excellent location, historical significance, sumptuous leather booths, intricate, mosaic tile floors and superior service. The food is all-star French fare, from steak tartare to french onion soup, roast chicken to buttery sole Meunière. The movie "Something's Gotta Give" set its penultimate scene here (the booth occupied by Diane Keaton, Jack Nicholson and Keanu Reeves is often requested), so it's big with tourists, but honestly who cares? You simply cannot go wrong with a classic.
