Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection

Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection is an attraction in Paris, at 2 Rue de Viarmes.

Most billionaires have a thing. In lieu of space, Francois Pinault's private collection opened to the public in 2021, showcasing the French magnate's extraordinary contemporary art collection. The Tadao Ando-designed space is housed in what was once the French Stock Exchange in Les Halles. Viewers can expect to see restored frescoes beneath the building's striking dome, works by artists Cy Twombly, Cindy Sherman, Jeff Koons, as well as several pieces from African American artists, Kerry James Marshall and David Hammons. This museum is a study in contrasts, historical context and provocation, and is likely to be one of the most important (or at least talked about) of the 21st century.
