With cozy booths, a stunning wrap-around bar and open kitchen (try for the chef's table to see it up close), Balagan is as welcoming as it is wonderful. Their menus change but the essence remains the same, fresh, flavorful and familiar, though the plating and presentation are unexpected and exquisite.
