Bomb Biscuit Co. grew from Erika Council's Sunday Supper pop-ups into one of Atlanta's best-loved breakfast spots, starting in a tiny Old Fourth Ward kitchen in 2020 before moving to Grant Park in 2025. The biscuits are thick, buttery and flaky, served on their own or stacked into sandwiches like the lemon pepper and hot honey fried chicken biscuits. The bright dining room has big picture windows, a bar for morning mimosas and a takeout window facing the courtyard.
