Twin brothers Jonathan and Justin Fox, homesick for Fort Worth barbecue, turned backyard cookouts into a catering business and opened this DeKalb Avenue restaurant in 2007. It's still the original of their small family-owned group, a homey room covered in Atlanta and Texas memorabilia. The smokers turn out brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, smoked chicken and wings, alongside oddball favorites like chicken-fried ribs, Texas fries, the Big Tex sandwich and Frito pie.
