Inside it's a '70s time capsule of shag carpet, lava lamps and fuzzy chairs, where each seating runs about 90 minutes through four inventive cocktails paired with small bites. The menu changes with each themed volume, each inspired by a film, and blends Japanese flavors with playful, cinematic twists.

Reservations only, with no walk-ins; new seatings drop every other Tuesday in two-week blocks, and there's a notify list if you miss out. There's a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, no substitutions, and online bookings max out at six people. It's a real bus, so expect close quarters.
