Kitty Dare is a Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar on Edgewood Avenue, opened in 2021 by longtime restaurateur and wine director Jaamy Zarnegar and named for his late friend Kitty Dare Etheridge. The menu roams the Mediterranean and his native Iran, from dips with house-baked barbari bread to kebabs, pastas and a famous lamb lasagna. Good to know
Reservations are recommended, and there's a Sunday brunch as well as dinner. It took over the former One Eared Stag space. Gluten-free pasta can be swapped in, and the wine list is a big part of the draw.
