Delbar, Farsi for heart, captured, is chef Fares Kargar's love letter to the Persian and Middle Eastern dishes he grew up with, opened in Inman Park in 2020. Plates come off a charcoal grill alongside creamy dips, herby rice and fresh bread, and the bar mixes floral, inventive cocktails and mocktails. Persian carpets, Iranian art, potted trees and little oil lamps fill the sunroom, bar and leafy patio.
