Fritti has been firing Neapolitan-style pizza in Inman Park since 2000, after chef Riccardo Ullio of sister restaurant Sotto Sotto came back from Naples inspired by pizzerias that paired a wood-burning oven with a pot of frying oil. Dough is made with imported 00 flour and sea salt, and San Marzano tomatoes are hand-milled in house. The menu runs to more than two dozen pies plus calamari, arancini, salads and grilled mains, served in a repurposed garage with an upstairs loft and a big, plant-filled patio.
